Richlen’s crews removed walls, doors, frames & millwork, ceilings and flooring throughout [recycling materials and waste per City of San Jose requirements]. This particular project featured a significant amount of Millwork and Glass.

  • New (1) 6'- 8-6”- ½” clear tempered glass doors
  • Doors to have #4 finish, 4” tapered rails, 12” back to back pulls and floor closers.
  • New ½” clear glass at Conference Rooms set into aluminum u-channel with butt joints New 3/16” fluted glass at (6) work stations.
