Full Floor Tenant Improvement for Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Corporation

Richlen completed the corporate headquarters, spanning 25,000 sq-ft., with the architect firm Gensler. Scope of work called for a multi-phase re-stack two (2) conference rooms, reception, waiting area, offices, and breakroom. The project consisted of extensive demolition, casework and millwork. Richlen self-performed all the doors, framing, hardware, and drywall/patching for the partitions. We also installed the project screens in the conference room, and appliances in the breakroom.
