222 Kearny Street is a Class “A” office tower. Richlen challenge was to match the Owner's sample that he had “in mind” for the wood casing. Richlen successfully installed a Solid Red Oak with Dark Mahogany Stain, matching perfectly. New wall features, flooring, furnishing, and ceiling trim, along with new light fixtures in the elevator corridor brighten the lobby and reception area. Often people passing stop to peak through the diamond shaped glass case to see the beautiful woodwork and polished marble.
