The goal of Richlen's Safety Plan and Program is to complete each project without injury or loss of life to the work force, affiliated personnel or public, near or on the premise of the job site. An essential part of our safety program is recognizing when to outsource a neutral, “third-party” job-site safety consultant. Several components will mandate this job-specific decision: scopes-of- work, size of project, project risk, location/environment, pre-OSHA inspection (intervention), improve upon constructability of overall design, forensic assistance, and property management.
Richlen Construction is proud of our contracting services which we provide as a certified Minority Owned Business Enterprise with the Northern California Minority Supplier Development Council. We promote an equal opportunity work environment! We support our MBE status certification with The Supplier Clearinghouse council. The Clearinghouse is a Commission-supervised entity whose primary purpose is to audit and verify the status of woman and minority owned businesses, and to establish and maintain a database of woman, minority, and service disabled veteran owned businesses that is accessible to the CPUC and to participating utilities. The Clearinghouse audit and verification program precludes the need for individual utilities to audit and verify woman and minority owned businesses with whom they do business.
